What is the IISE Career Fair?

The 2023 IISE Fall Career Fair is a great opportunity for students to interview with relevant and prestigious companies who are interested in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineers.

Occurring on October 16th completely virtually, this event offers the opportunity to secure interviews with industry-relevant companies. These companies come prepared with comprehensive information about their internship and job openings, enabling students to align their career goals with the right opportunities.

Scheduling

Both "halves" of the Career Fair will occur on October 16th

9:00 am -12:00 pm: Dedicated to Manufacturing Engineering

12:00 pm - 1:00 pm: Break

1:00 pm - 4:00 pm: Dedicated to Industrial Engineering 

Interviews are 15 minutes with a 5-minute buffer between interviews

FAQ

Should I prepare a Resume?

When signing up for your time slot there will be a section to add a Resume. Resumes are not required but they are highly recommended. Companies will receive all interviewee resumes before the event begins.

On what platform will the interview be hosted?

Companies will determine their platform and send out meeting room links accordingly. Previous platforms have included: Zoom, Skype, Webex, and Teams.
